    • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Zen Art Online Store is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

You may choose to have the item reshipped (at your expense) or receive a refund for the item price, minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred by Zen Art Online Store.
